Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through strong communication, attentive service, and teamwork, while bringing integrity, reliability, and innovation to each shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, office areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity by verifying credentials, following site access procedures, and helping to control entry to restricted or sensitive areas.
• Support daily operations by observing for maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, then communicating findings through required reports, logs, and verbal updates.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
