Medical Office Specialist

Role Responsibilities Engage Oncology experts and key Oncology customers in the assigned geography and deliver clinically focused selling messages to support launch of a bispecific agent for multiple myeloma (MM) to grow brand share and revenue and deliver product goals. Partner with Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives. Build strong relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists. Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems. Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Regeneron Oncology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through). Understand each account’s objectives, goals, and challenges; identify approved Regeneron resources aligned to customer needs. Maintain dedication to compliance by understanding and following regulations and policies governing customer interactions. Qualifications/Required Skills Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or advanced education/certifications a plus. 5+ years successful Oncology sales experience (Hematology Oncology preferred). Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required. 3+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions. Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks. Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace. Advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills; strong account management, analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills. Results-oriented with success in complex markets and product launches. Ability to travel to cover large geography territories. #J-18808-Ljbffr
