Talent Coordinator

We're hiring a Talent Coordinator with 1+ years of experience to serve as the right hand to the Head of Talent at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company — managing the operational engine behind all recruiting activity. This is a high-energy, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and is ready to touch every part of the recruiting process, from candidate management to interview coordination to offer logistics.

You'll work directly alongside the Head of Talent, handling the work that keeps hiring moving at startup speed — with a clear path to grow into a full recruiter over time.

What You'll Be Doin

• gManaging candidates through Ashby — tracking progress, sending follow-ups, collecting feedback, and keeping records accurat
• eCoordinating interview loops, calendar management, and scheduling across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidate
• sManaging relationships with external partners, including outsourcers and agencie
• sSupporting offer process coordination, recruiting reports, and process documentatio
• nCollaborating with EAs on work trial logistics and other coordination as the team scale
