In-Telecom is looking for a Sales Account Executive who enjoys picking up the phone, building relationships with small business clients, and growing revenue through upsells and new services. 

This is a proactive, phone-first role. The Sales Account Executive owns a book of existing clients, reaches out to them regularly, uncovers what they need, builds the quote, and closes the business. The role also works In-Telecom clients who are not yet on a service agreement and converts them to recurring services. 

The ideal candidate likes talking with business owners, is comfortable making outbound calls every day, and is motivated by a revenue goal. This is a quota-carrying sales role with weekly activity goals and a quarterly recurring revenue goal. 

Outbound Calling & Client Relationships:
• Make daily outbound calls to an assigned book of existing small business clients to build relationships, check on their experience, and identify new needs.
• Reach out to In-Telecom clients who are not yet on a service agreement and convert them to recurring services.

Discovery & Selling:
• Run discovery conversations to understand each client's business, current technology, and upcoming plans.
• Upsell and cross-sell In-Telecom solutions, including business phone systems, ITC Cloud, ITC TXT, AI auto receptionist, internet service, Microsoft licensing, and managed IT.
• Book and hold follow-up meetings and demos, and bring in technical resources when a solution needs design work.

Quoting:
• Build accurate quotes for hardware, phones, carrier services, licenses, and related add-ons, and follow each one through to a decision.

Pipeline, CRM & Goals:  
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and keep every conversation, quote, and next step up to date in the CRM. 
• Meet weekly activity goals and a quarterly recurring revenue goal. 

• 2+ years of outbound inside sales, account management, or phone-based sales experience. 
• A track record of meeting or exceeding activity and revenue goals. 
• Confident, friendly phone presence, and comfortable calling clients who aren't expecting your call. 
• Able to ask good questions, listen, and turn a conversation into a qualified opportunity. 
• Organized and consistent with follow-up across a large book of accounts. 
• Comfortable building quotes with attention to pricing and accuracy. 
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or similar. 

• Experience selling telecom, VoIP, internet, IT, or managed services to small businesses. 
• Familiarity with qualification methods such as BANT. 
• Understanding of recurring revenue and margin.
