This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, safety-focused professionals with experience in delivery driving, appliance installation, route service, logistics, or customer-facing field work. In this role, you will safely operate a company van or box truck to deliver, install, remove, and transport washers and dryers for residential customers. This is a hands-on, physically active position that combines driving, equipment handling, installation, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate delivery vans and trucks using defensive driving practices Deliver, install, swap out, and remove appliances at customer locations Lift, push, pull, and maneuver equipment weighing 150+ lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation Use electronic devices such as tablets or smartphones for route management and logging Provide professional customer service and communicate with internal teams throughout the day Minimum Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to perform repeated physical lifting and equipment movement Availability for overnight travel Strong communication skills and coachable attitude We are looking for team members who are safety-focused, reliable, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
