What You ll Do:
As a Locum OB Hospitalist, you will be at the forefront of women s health, providing comprehensive obstetric care, supporting delivery and postpartum needs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Your expertise will ensure positive outcomes for patients and their families, all within a dynamic hospital setting.


Required Skills:

• Valid and unrestricted Texas medical license or ability to obtain one
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in OB/GYN or relevant specialty
• Proven experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, including labor & delivery, postpartum, and emergency care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations with excellent clinical judgment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a hospitalist setting or as a hospital-based provider
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• BLS and NRP certifications
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics or hospitalist roles in a hospital environment

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to Austin, TX, as needed
• Must hold or be eligible for applicable state medical licensure and certifications
