Job Description

The Production Associate/Operator works on a manufacturing line producing and packaging plastic products in a cleanroom environment. This role focuses on basic machine operation, visual inspection, packing, and maintaining steady production while following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic production equipment on a semi-automated manufacturing line.
• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove excess material from finished parts as needed.
• Package finished products according to work instructions.
• Pack products into boxes based on order requirements for shipment.
• Monitor the production line and notify a supervisor of any issues or defects.
• Clear minor machine stoppages with guidance from on-screen instructions.
• Record basic production information such as counts and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer or touchscreen experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a production team.
• Previous production, assembly, or manufacturing experience beneficial but not required; all training provided.

This is a Permanent position based out of Clinton, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
