You’ll contribute to high impact programs that transform the supply chain resilience of global clients. You Are: An Oracle Transportation Management expert. The Work: Design and oversee configuration of Oracle OTM including order release and shipment management, contract and service provider management, transportation planning and optimization, execution, tendering, tracking and visibility, freight payment, audit, and settlement. Lead client workshops, CRPs, testing cycles, and go‑live activities. Partner closely with technical architects to ensure functional intent is correctly implemented. Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment to implement Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to meet customer needs. Apply Accenture's methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects, including leading, managing the team, interacting with customer team leadership, and completing critical project documentation. Effectively consult with management of customer organizations. Gain client acceptance of the defined solution. Fully comprehend client requirements and translate them into implementable solutions. Participate in and/or support business development activities. Understand how and be willing to do hands‑on OTM configuration work. Support post go‑live hypercare, optimization, and continuous improvement. Roles may include some in‑person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here is what you need: Minimum of 7 years of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and related family products experience. Minimum of 3 years experience with end‑to‑end OTM implementations including strong knowledge of transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience). Bonus points if you have Oracle SCM / OTM certifications. Bonus points if you have experience in integrating OTM with Oracle ERP, WMS, and third‑party carrier systems. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
