Associate/VP, Financial Modelling, Corporate Valuation Advisory Services - Multiple Locations

Key Responsibilities As a Financial Modelling professional, you will: Design, build, and test integrated financial models for transaction decisions or forecasting projects. Review and validate financial models to ensure logical and financial soundness, incorporating coding reviews and shadow analysis. Reference models against deal documents and assess completeness. Utilize Excel in corporate finance to drive decision-making. Communicate model insights to engagement managers, clients, and senior management. Assist in preparation of marketing materials and business development activities. Key Skills & Attributes Strong knowledge of Excel and data-driven analysis. Experience in financial modelling, valuation, or related corporate finance functions. Excellent critical, logical, and detail-oriented thinking. Effective communicator with presentation skills to C-suite. Team player who can adapt to changing requirements and work independently. Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. Self-motivated and eager to learn new tools. Basic understanding of project finance modelling. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2+ years of Financial Modelling experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting. Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify financial performance drivers. Comfort with presentations to C-suite and senior management. Experience with project finance modelling is an advantage. Knowledge of operational, tax, accounting, and financing aspects across sectors. Experience with any of the following: MS Access, SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI, MATLAB, SPSS, VBA, C#, R, or Python. Pursuit or possession of CFA, CPA, or similar certifications is a plus. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this role is $120,000 – $200,000, with additional discretionary incentive compensation possible. The firm also offers a competitive benefits package.
