Job Description
Business Operations Analyst (Parsippany, NJ): Use quantitative and analytical methods to collect, manage, analyze, and interpret business, operational, and financial data to support senior management in business operations, strategic planning, resource allocation, and budget management. Prepare routine and ad hoc analytical reports to support operational performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and internal decision-making. Analyze financial and operational reports, cost structures, and budget variances to identify factors affecting efficiency, profitability, and operational risk. Support business planning and operational improvement initiatives through data analysis, modeling, and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support for ongoing projects and related services. Present analytical findings to assist management with informed business decisions.
Req.: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and business analytics tools ( Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python); solid knowledge of business operations analysis and strategy development.
