Locum Anesthesiologist needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Garfield, AZ.

• Shifts: All 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a).
• Schedule: Must be flexible to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month (day or night depending on departmental need).
• Night Coverage: 3-6 night shifts per month, scheduled based on department need. Night shifts may be in OB or OR.
• Hours: Typically 3-4 shifts per week (36+ hours per week). Minimum commitment of 4 weeks; flexible providers can pick up additional shifts as desired.
• Shift Model: Supervised Model.
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting.
• Current OB experience required; must be comfortable managing high-risk OB cases.
• Must be flexible and willing to cover a variety of shift types (days, nights, weekends, OB, OR).
• Level I Trauma Center experience preferred.
• Credentialing: AZ Licensed: 6 weeks, IMLC: 2 months, Non-Licensed: 3 months (based on clean background, malpractice, and criminal history).
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
