Job Description

Hertz Rent a Car is looking for hardworking, fun, energetic individuals to join our team! Great job for College Students!

We are looking to develop a long-term employee who, not only wants to be successful but is also looking for advancement opportunities. Included with our extremely competitive pay as well as a no cap commission pay, we also offer all full time employees an extensive benefits package including; health, dental, vision, 401K (after 1 year), health and child care flexible spending, life insurance, long and short term disability and paid vacation after 6 months.

As a customer sales associate you will receive extensive sales training and coaching ensuring you’re extremely knowledgeable in our product and are able to increase your sales monthly. Sales experience, though not required, is helpful. Must be 18 years of age, a high school diploma or GED is required.
