As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading your team, serving guests, growing the business, and helping turn hunger into hope. You'll help create an exceptional guest experience while developing future leaders and driving operational excellence. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, accountability, and recognition Maintain exceptional cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards Assist with all aspects of daily restaurant operations Support and develop Team Leaders and the Catering Coordinator Create a positive, guest-focused culture and professionally resolve guest concerns Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement solutions Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including labor costs, food costs, speed of service, guest satisfaction, and online reviews Recognize, praise, evaluate, and coach team members to achieve their full potential Assist with planning and leading team meetings Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development opportunities Lead by example and help build a culture of excellence, accountability, and servant leadership What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management or leadership experience Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Guest-focused mindset Commitment to operational excellence and profitability Positive attitude with a desire for continuous growth Ability to motivate others and build high-performing teams Benefits & Perks $55,000-$65,000 annual salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Sundays off No late nights Paid Time Off Leadership development and training Advancement opportunities within a growing company Mission-driven culture with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact around the world Why Tacos 4 Life?
