Associate Manager

Summary The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in developing and executing strategic plans to drive profitable store performance. This role helps lead store operations, talent development, client engagement, and an elevated customer experience while maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities Analyze business trends and support strategic planning, sales performance, and profit initiatives. Help develop and execute store client development, community outreach, and talent strategies. Coach and develop employees, support recruitment, and foster an inclusive team environment. Manage store processes, inventory control, productivity, and sales-floor standards. Promote new selling technology, uphold company policies, and share business opportunities with leadership. Requirements Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred. Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills. Ability to build positive working relationships and deliver effective coaching and feedback. Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 30 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods. Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
