Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL). Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests. Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills. Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
