Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift Availability Needed

Job Description Location: Youngstown OH Pay: $19 to $25/hr to start We’re looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to support both production and maintenance operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build hands‑on mechanical and electrical experience. Weekly Pay Immediate Interviews Career Advancement Potential What You’ll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using testing devices (including voltmeters) Repair or replace defective components and parts Disassemble and reassemble machinery, engines, and mechanical units Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment components (pistons, valves, pumps, etc.) Perform routine inspections to identify issues and prevent downtime Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation Follow work orders, instructions, and maintenance schedules Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Experience using hand tools and diagnostic equipment Basic to strong electrical knowledge preferred Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong sense of urgency and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Stand, bend, and move for extended periods Perform hands‑on mechanical work Ability to wear required PPE at all times Safety Responsibilities Follow all safety procedures and company policies Properly select, wear, and maintain PPE daily Report hazards immediately to supervision Participate in monthly safety/shop meetings Additional Requirements Drug testing required (pre-employment, random, post-accident, and for-cause) Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
