Youth Care Worker - Full-time Days | Goldsboro, NC
Pay: Starting at $15/hour (based on experience)
Shifts: 7am - 10pm, 3 days per week

We’re seeking Youth Care Workers to support and guide adolescents in our residential program in Goldsboro, NC. As a Youth Care Worker, you’ll play a critical role in helping at-risk youth overcome challenges, build new skills, and create a path to a better future.

What You’ll Do:

Provide direct care and treatment services to adolescents in a residential group home.
Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
Engage with youth, families, and community partners to achieve positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

21+ years of age
High School Diploma
Experience working with youth preferred
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
