Shift Available: Second Shift 2:30 pm – 11:00 am, Monday‑Friday. In this vital role, you will perform set‑up and operation of inserting equipment, inserting hardware into fabricated metal components in accordance with quality and production standards. Key Responsibilities Insert a variety of hardware into steel fabricated parts using Haeger inserting equipment. Read mechanical drawings and understand standard and metric dimensions. Verify parts against print requirements and verify other operators’ work. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience and Training: Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools. Read and understand basic work order information, mechanical drawings, and work instructions. Calculate dimensions and measurements. Interpret various basic instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Physical and Mental Demands: Regularly operate PEM inserting machinery and measure dimensions. Read and follow written instructions and blueprints. Require close vision and math skills. Why Join Us?
