Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.***WE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLE**Paid Time Off **I** 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing **I** Health and Wellness Benefits **I** Learning and Development Opportunities **I** Referral Program **I** Competitive Pay **I** Recognition **I** **I** \***YOUR CHALLENGE:*** Lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing methods, process flows, and operational sequences to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost.* Design and oversee the creation of tools, fixtures, and assembly processes to support complex production requirements.* Collaborate closely with design engineering to review product designs, ensure manufacturability, and drive smooth product launches.* Perform detailed manufacturing cost analyses, establish labor standards, and recommend process and tooling improvements.* Develop, maintain, and standardize manufacturing work instructions, standard operating procedures, and documentation.* Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing engineering, production, procurement, quality, and inspection.* Lead initiatives in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and labor efficiency, using data-driven analysis.* Champion 5S principles, continuous improvement, and EHS compliance throughout the manufacturing environment.**WHAT YOU BRING*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline; advanced degree preferred.* Extensive experience reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and specifications.* Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and other manufacturing design software.* Deep understanding of mechanical and electronic assembly principles.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.* Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative, high-performance environment.***Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):**** Expertise in statistical analysis and applied mathematics (probability, geometry, trigonometry).* Familiarity with manufacturing standards, process documentation, and ERP systems.* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.**WHO WE ARE**:\*Please note, benefits are country specific and may vary from location to location.#LI-YH1*No unsolicited agency submittals please.
