We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sign Installer to join our dynamic team in Chesterfield, VA. As a Sign Installer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life by installing a variety of signs, from storefront displays to large-scale outdoor signage. If you have a passion for creativity, attention to detail, and a knack for working with your hands, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

• Install a wide range of signs, including but not limited to, banners, channel letters, and vehicle wraps.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
• Utilize various tools and equipment, such as ladders, lifts, and power tools, safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing signage as needed.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain an organized workspace and manage inventory of materials and supplies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in sign installation is a plus.
• Proven experience in sign installation or a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
