Accounts Payable Corporate Card Specialist Wingate University is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Corporate Card Specialist to process and reconcile corporate card expense reports in a high‑volume environment. The specialist will work cross‑functionally with the accounting team and provide exceptional customer support to the university community and external partners. Responsibilities Process and reconcile 150+ corporate card expense reports per month using Workday ERP and the Truist Credit Card Program Platform. Ensure all credit card transactions are expensed to the appropriate accounts and have required documentation attached. Analyze workflows when necessary and provide recommendations for process improvements. Maintain relationships with different department leaders to ensure timely submission and reconciliation of expense data. Verify that all expense reports reconcile accurately with corporate card statements, general ledger, and bank statements. Assist with other duties assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred. Experience in payables processing preferred. Knowledge of accounting principles and database management software preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GoogleSuite. Strong customer‑service skills with the ability to support internal and external customers. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team, exercise independent judgment, and multitask effectively. Computer literacy and ability to learn university software programs.
