This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Assisted Living Community in Hermantown, MN. Shift and Hours On‑call role to help with last minute or pre‑planned needs Day / early evening shift Weekends as needed New Early Wage Access Responsibilities Follows meal serving schedule and procedures. Offers resident meal choices and meets residents’ specific dietary needs. Uses proper safety and sanitation techniques. Follows dining room cleaning schedule and procedures. Follows proper procedures for dining room set‑up. Follows proper workflow to stay on task. Learns and becomes proficient with EMenu System and restaurant‑style service. Ensures all dishes (including flatware, drinkware, etc.) are washed, sanitized, and put away before end of shift. Welcomes residents and initiates conversation. Accommodates resident requests such as food substitution or seating changes. Listens to complaints and responds appropriately, referring issues to the Executive Director and Culinary Director when appropriate.
