Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: ED - Emergency Department \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: 10/05/2026 \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 36 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, nights \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n \n Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – ER Holding \n Location: Columbus, OH 43210 \n Duration: 13 weeks \n Shift: Night | 3x12 hours | 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM | 36 hours/week \n \n Requirements: \n \n Minimum 2 years of RN experience \n ER experience required and must be listed in work history \n ER Holding/Observation or MS/Tele experience required \n PCU/Stepdown/Telemetry experience is also acceptable \n First-time travelers are accepted \n BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS required \n Epic experience preferred \n Patient ratio: 1:4 \n Valid compact or Ohio RN license must be in hand at submission \n 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager/director or formal leader \n Education must be from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program \n \n Description: \n Seeking an experienced RN for the ER Holding/Observation Unit. The nurse will care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a 32-bed unit with an average 1:4 patient ratio. Candidates should have ER experience along with ER Holding/Observation, MS/Tele, Tele, or PCU/Stepdown experience.
