What We’re Looking For Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university in Special Education or equivalent. Experience: At least one year as an Educational Diagnostician. Skills: Proficiency in computer‑based special education systems. Language Proficiency: Bilingual preferred but not required. Your Role Conduct Evaluations: Perform psycho‑educational assessments to determine students’ eligibility and need for specialized services. Communicate Findings: Review evaluation findings with parents and district staff, providing clear and compassionate communication. Develop Interventions: Collaborate with teams to create evidence‑based interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education. Support Team: Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant discussions to ensure special education programs meet every student’s needs effectively.
