Caregiver Position in Oregon City

We are hiring caregivers for our Oregon City branch! Serving Clackamas County, including Oregon City, West Linn, Happy Valley, Canby and Milwaukie. This position will be part-time hours to start but can build into a full-time schedule. Join our growing Oregon City branch and play a key role in building a strong, compassionate care team.

Current Needs

• Opportunities available in: Oregon City, Canby, Molalla, Estacada, and Beavercreek.
• Lead opportunities currently available for those with on-call availability and experience.
• Part-time hours available
• Flexible weekday and weekend availability: (Monday–Sunday, 8–10 hours flexible availability needed during the day)
• Caregivers who are willing to transport clients in your vehicle. DL, insurance and reliable care are required + we reimburse mileage!
• Caregiving experience is preferred, and we offer hands on skill/med training.
• Pay $20-$20.50 hr depending on the clients care level.

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• Oregon only – If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.
• Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
