Must be able to work independently/Hit the ground running! \n Client will not consider any candidate who resides within 50 miles of facility \n Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color\n Patient Population: Newborn - Geriatric\n RN/Patient Ratio: 5:1, depending on acuity. Higher acuity PCU patients would be 3:1 or 4:1.
