Aloha Maui! We are EDS Service Solutions. We staff for car rental companies all across the United States, and right now we’re looking to add Customer Service Agents to our team at Kahului Airport.
If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit. We’re looking for dependable, friendly people who are ready to provide excellent service and help keep things running smoothly.

We’re at our office Monay June 1st to Friday June 5th and Monday June 8th to Friday June 12th , from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
400 Hana Hwy, Suite B1/C, Kahului, HI 96732 (Above the Wave cowork space) The easiest way to find us is to search “Aloha Maui Limousine” in your GPS. We’re in the dark gray building right next to it with tinted dark windows.
Location: Kahului Airport
Pay: $21.00 hourly / weekly pay
What you will be doing:
- Providing world-class customer service during the rental and return process.
- Helping customers with a professional attitude, appearance, and communication.
- Making sure every customer receives a clean and safe vehicle.
- Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally.
- Working as part of a team and supporting a positive work environment.
- Using company-approved sales and service techniques.
- Offering optional products based on customer needs.
- Preparing rental and return documents accurately.
- Helping customers understand rental terms, rates, and service charges.
- Assisting with directions, maps, local area information, and general questions.
- Reviewing all charges at the time of vehicle return.
- Answering phones in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Helping manage the customer line to reduce wait times and improve service.
Requirements:
- Must be 20 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service skills with prior experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a clean driving record for the past three years.
