HR Advisor - Maternity Leave Contract

Perth WA | Contract (8-9 months)

The Opportunity

An established organisation in the energy and infrastructure sector is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their Perth-based HR team on a maternity leave contract. This is a hands-on, generalist role with a strong focus on employee relations and performance management.

You'll work closely with leaders across the business, providing practical HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and support managers on performance management and employee matters

Provide ER advice across policies, entitlements, grievances, and terminations

Coordinate performance review and remuneration processes

Support bonus and salary review cycles

Assist with learning and development initiatives

Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities

Manage HRIS administration and reporting

About You

5+ years' experience in an HR Advisor or similar role

Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, and Modern Awards

Confident providing ER advice in a fast-paced environment

Experience with HRIS systems (ELMO desirable)

Background in energy, construction, mining, or similar industries preferred
