Invoice Clerk

:

```Duties```-· Creates computer invoices from sales orders and credit forms issued by sales staff

· Processes credit cards

· Prints and assembles invoice files

· Prepares shipping documentation

· Files invoices and distributes back-orders

. Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies/procedures

```Qualifications```1. HS diploma or equivalent, plus (1) year office experience with high degree of focus, accuracy, organization to meet deadlines and produce high quality work throughout day

2. Handles sensitive financial information of customers, following required procedures, using good business judgement and discretion to ensure security of information.

3. Excellent customer service with effective interpersonal and communication skills: verbal, written and listening

4. Demonstrates strong initiative and follow-through, works independently and as team member to build and maintain cooperative work relationships at all organizational levels

5. Computer proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel

6. Ability to accept constructive feedback

7. Excellent attendance and punctuality a must
