Compliance ManagerThe Compliance Manager is a dedicated process and systems person who plays a critical role in delivering USAW's operational excellence. This team member creates and manages systems to ensure USAW complies with a range of regulatory requirements and operational best practices for Olympic and Paralympic National Governing Bodies. This includes serving as USAWs primary liaison and manager for all U.S Center for SafeSport matters and audits, leading USAW's response to bi-annual audits from the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee and executing USAW's ethics and grievances procedures for members.At USA Weightlifting, we believe the barbell is for everyone.
