Physical Therapist

Proactive Physical Therapy seeks a compassionate, evidence-driven Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will assess patients, design and deliver individualized rehabilitation programs, and utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve function. You will collaborate closely with a skilled interdisciplinary team, document care in our EMR, and educate patients on long-term wellness.
