We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands‑on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real‑world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Design TikTok’s AI products and tools from concept to launch. Partner with Product and Engineering to build a trustworthy, user‑centric AI experience. Understand business goals and user needs; drive C‑side design from logic mapping to final implementation. Stay current with AI interaction trends and help define design standards for AI products. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) in daily workflows to boost efficiency and quality. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing an Undergraduate, Master's degree in HCI, AI, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or a related technical discipline. Strong interaction and UI skills; proficient in Figma and familiar with iOS/Android design guidelines. Frequent user of AI products with a clear understanding of AI capabilities and interaction paradigms. Self‑motivated, hands‑on, and learning‑oriented. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for AI product design, curiosity, and a global perspective. Preferred Qualifications AI product design internship or portfolio/case study. Skills in visual, motion, or user research design. C‑side product design experience and familiarity with component‑based systems. Job Information 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30- $30. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
