About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO) to join its executive team. The CMCO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive enterprise-wide communications and brand strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and enhances its reputation. This pivotal role involves serving as the chief spokesperson, overseeing digital strategy, and managing a high-performing team of marketing and communications professionals. The successful candidate will be expected to uphold the company's mission and values, develop an enterprise marketing and communications strategy, and strengthen the brand through contemporary, data-driven approaches. Candidates for the CMCO position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an ACHE Fellowship, and at least 8 years' experience in strategic branding, digital marketing, and crisis management, particularly within the healthcare industry. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing marketing and communications teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment. The CMCO will be tasked with advancing the company's digital strategy, fostering a culture of communication and engagement, and ensuring that the organization's mission and community impact are effectively communicated. Experience in Catholic healthcare is highly valued, and the ideal candidate will be a strong, innovative leader with the ability to drive change and process improvement.
