About the Role:
Join our passionate team at Mountainside Children's Center as an Certified Infant/Toddler Teacher in Framingham, MA. We are dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of young children in a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for all babies.
• Observe and assess develop infants mental progress.
• Engage with parents and provide regular updates on their infants progress.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to foster a harmonious classroom atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
• Relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
• Background check clearance required.
