Job Summary:
Geriatric Medical Surgical Nurse position is available in a long-term care facility and clinic located in Harmony, Minnesota. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to geriatric patients on a unit with a capacity of 43 beds. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The assignment is scheduled to start on 07/20/2026, with a contract length of 13 weeks.

Job Details:

• Location: Harmony, Minnesota
• Position: Long Term Residential Registered Nurse (RN)
• Specialty: Medical Surgical Geriatric Floor
• Schedule: 8/12 hours shifts, variable days and evenings (mostly evening shifts) with rotating days and nights. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Certifications: Minnesota RN License, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Qualifications: At least 2+ years RN experience, including 1 year in long-term care; associate degree or certificate required; COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions considered).
• Additional Information:
  • Must be flexible with variable shifts.
  • Will be required to float to an additional facility approximately 25 miles away as needed.
  • No on-call or callback requirements.
  • Responsible for managing change well, working independently, and completing tasks promptly.
  • Work appropriate solid or printed scrubs.
  • Orientation is unbillable and occurs from Monday to Sunday.
