Commercial Real Estate Agent - Training & Mentorship Available
Interested in moving into commercial real estate and working on larger transactions?
We’re looking for motivated professionals who want to build a career working with business owners, investors, landlords, and tenants.
You do not need previous commercial real estate experience. If you come from sales, business development, finance, or another client-facing background, this can be a strong next step.
You’ll learn how to identify commercial opportunities, build relationships with clients, work through sales and leasing transactions, and develop a pipeline that can produce repeat and referral business over time.
You’ll have access to experienced commercial professionals, ongoing mentorship, proven systems, and administrative and marketing support to help you focus on clients and production.
This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who is competitive, business-minded, comfortable with sales, and interested in developing expertise in commercial real estate.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $180,000+
Training and mentorship available. Previous commercial real estate experience is not required.

Compensation:$125,400 - $215,400 yearly
Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate commercial real estate opportunities to meet client needs and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investors, landlords, and tenants.
- Guide clients through the sales and leasing process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential deals to drive repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals and mentors to enhance your commercial real estate expertise.
- Utilize proven systems and marketing support to effectively promote listings and attract potential clients.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.
- Experience in sales or business development, ideally in a client-facing role.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investors, landlords, and tenants.
- Proven track record of identifying and evaluating investment opportunities to maximize client portfolios.
- Comfortable leveraging marketing and social media tools to promote properties and attract clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
- Experience in building and maintaining a robust professional network for repeat and referral business growth.
