CNC OPERATOR - Manufacturing

Pay Range: $22 - $27

Day Shift: 5AM - 5:30PM
Night Shift: 5PM - 5:30AM (8% shift differential)

Position Summary

The Rotor Technician – CNC Machine Operator is responsible for operating CNC equipment to machine components according to engineering specifications while maintaining quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines.
• Monitor machining processes and inspect finished products.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain production and quality standards.

Qualifications

• CNC lathe experience required.
• Experience operating Mazak-controlled CNC equipment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Night Shift Information

Night shift employees will initially train on the day shift before transitioning to nights once training is successfully completed.
