Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.59 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Monday 04:30 AM - 12:30 PM Tuesday 04:30 AM - 12:30 PM Wednesday 04:30 AM - 12:30 PM Thursday 04:30 AM - 12:30 PM Friday 04:30 AM - 12:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific procedures, screening protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Screen employees, visitors, and vendors entering the location by following access control procedures, checking identification, and documenting security-related concerns or irregular activity. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating issues to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Monitor entry points, lobby areas, and other assigned locations to help support authorized access and help to deter unauthorized or suspicious activity. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, while observing for facility concerns, policy violations, and other security‑related issues. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
