Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in securing financing options for their vehicle purchase, including securing loans and leases.
- Review credit applications and work with financial institutions to find the best financing solutions.
- Present financing terms and payment options to customers clearly and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to automotive finance to ensure full compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met during the entire purchasing process.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns regarding financing options.
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales and finance goals.
- Ensure all financial transactions and documentation are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, lender programs, and finance-related laws/regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, Finance Director, or in a similar finance-related position.
- Strong understanding of auto finance, lease agreements, and credit approval processes.
- Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial goals.
