Maintenance Crew Member Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)
- Perform general property maintenance, including pressure washing, painting, and gutter cleaning.
- Assist with carpentry, concrete work, road maintenance, and minor repair projects.
- Clean roofs, remove debris, and help maintain pools, tennis courts, and common areas.
- Load and move materials, set up ladders and scaffolding, and maintain a safe work area.
- Complete assigned work orders and support the maintenance team with daily property upkeep.
Maintenance Crew Member Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools, including while working from ladders up to 30 feet.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
