Registered Nurse Rehabilitation

Registered NurseThis position involves working in a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation environment. You will provide specialized rehabilitation services to individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses. The focus will be on creating customized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual patient needs. You will care for patients recovering from conditions such as strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and amputations. The rehabilitation process emphasizes maximizing health, function, and quality of life. You will need to navigate a diverse patient population, including those requiring intensive care. A strong focus on teamwork and effective communication with healthcare professionals is essential. Each nurse will typically manage a patient ratio of 1:5. Additional responsibilities may include wound care and managing patients with special needs, such as tracheostomies. Closed-toed shoes and short nails (no acrylics) are required for the position.
