This role is ideal for a compassionate professional who excels in developing behavior plans, leading teams, and promoting independence, safety, and meaningful community participation for those served.In this position, the BCBA will oversee the assessment, development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized behavior support plans. Duties include supervising Behavior Services staff, conducting staff training, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing direct support during behavioral crises. The BCBA will collaborate extensively with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external providers to ensure services align with each participant's physical, social, and emotional needs.
