As a Full Time Surgical Technologist (ORT) at Minden Medical Center, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the sterile environment for surgical procedures. On a daily basis, you will assist the surgical team by selecting and assembling the necessary instruments and supplies, ensuring they are readily available for each surgery. You will also collaborate closely with surgeons and nurses, anticipating their needs during procedures.

Your duties will include properly sterilizing instruments, monitoring the surgical field for cleanliness and organization, and actively participating in patient safety protocols. You will be expected to adhere to strict safety guidelines while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and empathy towards patients. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Surgical Technologist program or possess LPN licensure.
