What You’ll Do ClinicalCare Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized 1 on 1 treatment patient care plans Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (or license-eligible) Leadership or management experience preferred Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leader Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team Recent PT graduates encouraged to consider clinical growth paths
