Claims Specialist

About the role As a Claims Specialist with TQL, you will be responsible for overseeing claims validation, payments, insurance & carrier collections on behalf of the team while managing an evolving portfolio of claims. You will be expected to be thoroughly knowledgeable in cargo claim law and have an understanding in how to file proper claims with Insurance Adjusters and Underwriters in a way that maximizes the coverage provided by insurers. The role requires the Claims Specialist to strive to resolve claims, a high degree of claims industry knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain TQL’s reputation of professionalism and integrity when dealing with internal and external parties in sensitive situations.
