Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Irvine, CA Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 Responsibilities & Duties Perform accurate and timely data entry Handle customer service-related inquiries professionally Manage front desk and reception duties Prepare and maintain documentation for outgoing orders Monitor and manage back-orders, providing status updates to internal departments Accurately record completion data into internal databases and required paperwork Provide administrative assistance and support to managers on various tasks and projects Support the sales team to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time Assist with general office duties as needed #nowhiring Qualifications Prior administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred Strong data entry and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable working in a team-oriented office environment Proficient with basic office systems and databases (training provided as needed) #J-18808-Ljbffr
