As a Host or Hostess you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests promptly cheerfully and courteously. Duties of this position include answering phones taking entering and packaging To Go orders collecting payment filling beverage orders assisting service personnel in clearing and setting tables resolving complaints as they occur notifying the manager of any complaints received.
