Accounting Coordinator

Temp To Direct | On-site - Mission Viejo | $25-$27
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to build a career in accounting or business operations. The Finance/Accounting Coordinator will support credit and collections, invoicing, account reconciliations, data entry, and general office administration. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the potential to grow into additional responsibilities over time.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 6 months as an Accounting Coordinator
- Minimum of 6 months experience with credit and collections
- 1 year experience of Data Entry
- Intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills with Pivot Tables
- Willingness to learn lookup functions (VLOOKUP)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and entering information
- Order office supplies
- Good analytical skills and the ability to compare documents and identify discrepancies
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and account reconciliations
- Comfortable working with data entry and routine administrative processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Credit and Collections
- Create invoices in QuickBooks using shipping documents and sales orders from external systems
- Assist with account research and other accounting-related projects
- Order office supplies, and support general office needs
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team
- Perform miscellaneous accounting and administrative duties as assigned
