Facilities EngineerThe Facilities Engineer supports the physical environment required for the delivery of health care services, and is responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of the facility by monitoring, operating, and maintaining building systems and equipment. They must possess a working knowledge of systems, processes, and procedures required to safely and effectively perform the duties of a stationary engineer and maintenance electrician, while also continuously developing knowledge of new processes, equipment, and technologies used to carry out the work.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they're invaluable. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.Required Qualifications:Coursework/Training: Stationary engineer apprenticeship or Electrician apprenticeship and equivalent training or work experience.Upon hire: National Electrician Supervisor License - State County City Trade License Authority or National Electrician Journeyman License - State County City Trade License Authority or National Electrician Limited Maintenance License - State County City Trade License Authority or National Electrician Limited Building Maintenance License - State County City Trade License AuthorityUpon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
