Costello & Silverman, LLC, in Mount Laurel, a full-state Employment, Civil Rights and Civil Litigation law firm seeks an entry-level associate who wishes to spend their career representing victims of injury, employment rights and civil rights violations.
Entry Level Qualified candidates should be interested enough in our work that plaintiffs’ employment and plaintiffs’ civil litigation would be the right career choice for them. Our goal is to hire a future partner. You will be expected to work, as we have, but you will be working with a firm with significant recognition within our field.
Candidates should also possess excellent organizational skills, excellent client skills, honesty, integrity and drive. Your character and work product are the sole means by which you will succeed; no book of business need be offered, or developed, other than as a consequence of your association with us.

This is an in-office position, though occasional working from home is possible. Please submit a cover letter with your resume, explaining why you are interested in this type of work, and in our firm. References and a writing sample will be requested.
Specific Compensation based on experience. Compensation Range for the entry level position is $90,000-$95,000 Dependent Upon Relevant Experience.
